Google to pay hackers to find flaws in Android apps

Hackers will be rewarded $1,000 under a bug bounty program by Google if they find bugs in top Android apps including Dropbox, Snapchat, and Tinder, the technology giant has reportedly said. They have to submit their findings to the developers before they can turn in a report to get the reward, say reports. Google is probably hoping to raise the quality of apps in the Play store through this program.
