Social media giant Facebook has launched a new platform for original video content n a bid to take on YouTube and TV. ‘Watch’, said to be a redesigned version of the company's "Video" tab, will feature shows that will be produced exclusively for it by partners, say reports. The new service, which will first be introduced to a limited number of people in the US initially, will be available on mobile, desktop and its TV apps, the company reportedly said.
