Tata Motors on Thursday reportedly bagged a contract to supply GS800 class vehicles to the Indian Army. According to reports, Tata Motors is planning to supply 3,192 units of its Safari Storme 4x4 model. Tata also reportedly gave a 15-month trial to Safari before giving the proposal. Notably, the Indian Army has chosen Tata Safari over the Mahindra Scorpio.
