PROTESTS AT MARINA BEACH DEMANDING CAUVERY MANAGEMENT BOARD

A protest has been staged at the Marina Beach, Chennai by the youth condemning the central government for not setting up the Cauvery Management Board still. The youth could be seen holding up banners carrying slogans against the Centre.

Reportedly, Chennai Commissioner A.K. Viswanathan has ordered police forces to observe places in Chennai where protests are likely to happen. It has also been announced that those who protest without permission in Marina will be arrested.
