A youngster was arrested for sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl from Vadapalani, Chennai. The accused had allegedly given the girl sedatives after knowing that her parents were not home and abused her. The girl's parents and her neighbors caught the boy and handed him over to the Vadapalani all-women police station.
