WOW! WOMAN GIVES BIRTH ON TRAIN AT EGMORE STATION

According to reports, a woman delivered a baby girl in a train at the Egmore station on Tuesday evening. The mother and child were rushed to the hospital where their condition is said to be stable.

Swarnalatha, 26, was travelling on the Howrah-Kanyakumari Express along with her husband. She was reportedly in an advanced stage of pregnancy. At around 7.45 pm when the train crossed Chennai Beach Railway Station, she got labour pains.

Paramedics attended to the woman inside the train after downing the shutters of the compartment. The woman delivered to a baby after which they were taken to a private hospital in Anna Nagar.
