A 23-year old fisherman, who was accused of sexually assaulting a four-year-old girl, was found hanging from a tree in Tamil Nadu's Rameswaram on Sunday. The man is alleged to have sexually assaulted a minor girl in his neighbourhood, following which her parents lodged a police complaint.
