Vishal's message to TTV Dhinakaran

Extending his wishes to sidelined AIADMK deputy general secretary TTV Dhinakaran who won the RK Nagar bypoll, actor Vishal requested the former to fulfill the basic necessities of the constituency like drinking water facility, sewage disposal, public toilets, etc. In his statement, Vishal said that he will also stand by TTV Dhinakaran to fulfill the promises.
