In a tweet, actor Vishal expressed his disappointment over the recent Supreme Court verdict on Cauvery water sharing dispute. In order to curtail the water shortage which might affect Tamil Nadu’s agriculture, he further requested the state government to set up the Cauvery Management Board and see to it that allocated water is released as per rules.
