Vijaya Bhaskar apologizes for ‘complimenting’ woman journalist

After the video which showed Tamil Nadu Health Minister Vijaya Bhaskar ‘complimenting’ a woman journalist, he met the media people and apologised saying that he wanted to avoid the political question that the journalist asked him and thus complimented her. He also said that he spoke to the journalist over the phone.
