VETERAN TAMIL ACTRESS' DOCTOR SON COMMITS SUICIDE BY HANGING! - POLICE REVEAL DETAILS

‘Vasantha Maligai’ actress Vanisri’s son, Abhinaya Venkatesh Karthik, reportedly committed suicide on 23rd Morning. The 36-year- old man is married and has one son and a daughter. He was working as an Assistant Professor in government Medical College in Bangalore. Reportedly, he was upset and under mental stress due to the Lockdown. His father, Karunakaran was residing alone in his son’s Bungalow in Chengalpattu. He applied for an e-pass and came to Chengalpattu from Bangalore.

As per media reports, police sent the body to autopsy to Chengalpattu government hospital. The investigations revealed that he was going through mental stress and had been under medication. The status of his mental health deteriorated due to the COVID19 Lockdown.

However, statement released by the actress’ family reveals, “Dr. Abhinaya Venkateshsa Karthik passed away peacefully on 22 May 2020 due to cardiac arrest. “In this hour of tremendous personal loss, we request the media to stop spreading fake news and allow us to grieve in peace,” the statement added.
