TN AUTO DRIVER FACES LOVE TORTURE AND MURDERS MINOR GIRL

The love torture of a 17-year-old girl in Vellore irritated the 23-year-old auto driver who pushed her down from a mountain to die. The police recovered the dead body of the girl on December 18 after she went missing on December 14.  The girl was working at the canteen in Vellore CMC private hospital. Reportedly the girl had tortured the auto driver Prakash to marry her regularly. Since Prakash found that the girl has relationships with a few other men, he refused her proposal. 

However, the girl insisted to marry her which made Prakash lose patience and plot the murder. Prakash was arrested on December 20 by the Vellore police. During the investigation, he confessed to killing the girl along with the help of his friend Naveen Kumar. "The girl and I know each other for 2 months. Our casual relationship became love at one point. Later I learnt that the girl has relationships with other men also. Meanwhile, she tortured me to marry her but I refused because of her extra relationships," said Prakash

"She started torturing me to marry her which disturbed me a lot. Therefore I picked her in my auto, reached a quarry located in Puduvasur mountain near Sathuvachari. An argument broke out between both of us over marriage. At one point I lost my patience and pushed her down from the top of the mountain. Then I wanted to hide her death. So I called my friend Naveen Kumar for help. We both carried the girl's body along with her cellphone and threw it in the nearby pond. Later we took her black bag and threw it into thorns located in Moolakollai region".

The police have also arrested Naveen Kumar and are yet to receive the post-mortem report of the girl to decide further action on the case.
