RK Nagar MLA TTV Dhinakaran on Wednesday clarified the usage of the term ‘Sleeper cells’. He said, “My sleeper cells are not criminals. They are sacrificing and being with our traitors for the welfare of the party. They will be made public during the trust vote in the assembly.”
