According to reports, train services between Mettupalayam and Coonoor have been suspended on December 1 and 2 following heavy rains. Heavy rains lashed most parts of Tamil Nadu on Thursday and Friday after a deep depression in the Bay of Bengal intensified into Cyclone Ockhi on Thursday morning.
