The photo was initially tweeted by IPS officer Swati Lakra, which has been retweeted over 5000times. The 4-month old baby boy was reportedly kidnapped on the night of last Wednesday. According to reports, Nampally police arrested the two kidnappers of the baby within 15 hours and handed the baby boy over to the parents.
