TN: Youth arrested for sharing offensive image of PM Modi on Facebook

The Tirupur police on Friday reportedly arrested a 23-year-old man for sharing an offensive image of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

 

One Prabakaran shared the image his Facebook page and invited his friends to give a suitable title for it. After BJP Tirupur North district president R Chinnasamy filed a complaint, the police booked him under Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
