A CBCID sub-inspector was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in Chennai-Coimbatore express train. The sub-inspector Chandrasekaran from Gudalur in Nilgiris district allegedly tried to misbehave with a woman, who is a wife of an Airforce officer, near Salem railway station. During the inquiry, the railway police found out that Chandrasekaran was in an inebriated condition and misbehaved with the woman. The SI was arrested and an investigation is going on.
