Tamil Nadu on Tuesday, 26 May, reported 646 new cases of COVID-19 taking the total number of cases in the state 17,728.
Of the 646 fresh #COVID19 cases, 49 are passengers returned from other States (Maharashtra - 35, Kerala - 1, Gujarat - 6, Delhi - 2, Uttar Pradesh - 2, Telangana - 3). Five people returned from Dubai also tested positive today.
Nine persons succumbed to the virus on the date taking the death toll of the state to 127.
