According to reports, a young woman alone in the home was stabbed to death by unidentified persons on Wednesday. The couple, Boopalan and Nadhiya, from Thiruvannamalai, was living along with their two children in Iduvampalayam area of Tiruppur where the husband was working for a spinning mill. As Boopalan had gone for work, Nadhiya was alone at the house. She was found in a pool of blood when Boopalan’s brother came to visit them around 8 pm on Wednesday. While no money or jewellery have been stolen, police have filed a case and are probing the matter.
