Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, DMK working president MK Stalin made it clear that he doesn’t agree with actor Rajinikanth’s statement on Monday that there is a political “vacuum” in Tamil Nadu. “I don’t agree that there’s a vacuum. The people won’t agree. DMK is the alternative that is going to come to power soon,” Stalin asserted. Further, when asked about forming a third front for the general elections in 2019, the opposition leader said the decision on the matter will be taken later after a high-level meeting as there is a year to go for the elections.
