M. Nirmal Premkumar (43), a teacher at a government-aided school in Villupuram was arrested for allegedly proposing a class VIII girl with a rose on Valentine's Day. According to reports, the man proposed the girl in front of other students and forced her to accept the rose. After the girl declined, his colleague, S Lawrence, had also tried to force the girl to accept the proposal. The duo were arrested after the girl's parents gave a complaint to the police. Both the men are married and have children
