A Tata Ace vehicle with eight passengers on board reportedly rammed into a lorry near Srivilliputhur in Virudhunagar, on Monday morning. Reports say, the accident happened due to the negligence of the driver of the Tata Ace as he was talking on the phone while driving at high speed. Four people reportedly died on the spot while one died on the way to the hospital and three others have been admitted to a nearby hospital. A case has been registered and police are investigating the incident.
