According to media reports, Tamil Nadu BJP’s president Tamilisai Soundararajan said that the movie makers of Mersal have to remove things that create a false impression about the government among the public. She reportedly said that the dialogue about GST has to be removed from the movie. She reportedly said that she would move court if the part about criticising GST is not removed.
