TOLL FEE IN TAMIL NADU TO GET EXPENSIVE

According to a Times of India report, the toll fee at 20 toll gates in Tamil Nadu is likely to get expensive from April 1 as the user fee is set to be revised. Out of the 42 tolls in Tamil Nadu, user fee at 22 toll gates was already revised in September 2017 and the remaining 20 toll gates including six in the city's suburbs will have revised user fee soon.

Reports say, the toll rates for cars and other light motors will rise by 10%, while heavier vehicles like trucks and buses will pay 20% more; some toll gates might also have zero-hike in toll fee.
