Balachandran, director of Regional Meteorological Centre, Chennai, has reportedly forecasted that many places in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry will receive rains for the next two days. There is a chance of heavy rains in the western and delta districts of Tamil Nadu, he reportedly said. Balachandran added Chennai will have a cloudy sky and may receive mild rains, say reports.
