Tamil Nadu: Plastic cups, bags banned in this district

According to reports, plastic bags and cups will be banned from usage in Ramanathapuram district post November 15. District collector Natarajan reportedly warned action against those who flout the rule. A fine will be imposed on those who are found to be using plastic bags and cups, the district collector reportedly added.
