Tamil Nadu: Man kidnaps 16-year-old girl for 4th time.

According to reports, police have launched a hunt for a man who kidnapped a 16-year-old girl for the fourth time. Manikandan from Chromepet, who has many cases pending against him, had already kidnapped the girl from Singampunari near Sivaganga thrice last year. The man, married with three children, was jailed and was out on bail. However, he again kidnapped the girl for the fourth time.
