Tamil Nadu government has reportedly announced a hike in the salary of Tasmac employees which will come into effect on September 1. The salary of supervisors has been increased to Rs 9,500 from Rs 7,500, while it has been hiked to Rs 6,500 from Rs 4,200 for helpers. Also, the salespersons will get Rs 7,500 as opposed to the previous Rs 5,600. Reportedly, the sales bonus has been suspended for the employees.
