Relatives were shocked when a 59-year-old man got up alive after being declared dead by doctors. Reports say the man Thangaiyan from Sulaiman Nagar in Karambakudi near Pudukkottai complained of chest pain and was admitted to a hospital in Thanjavur. However, the doctors at the hospital declared him dead. However, the man got up alive when the arrangements for funeral procession were on. The relatives who had visited to mourn his death were shocked and rushed him to hospital. The tribute posters put up for him on the streets were later removed, say reports.
