According to reports, 6 people including 5 of a family died in an accident when the car they were travelling slammed a lorry carrying sago near Ulundurpet in Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu. Venkatesh from Nanganallur and five of his family members - Uma, Anitha, Ramesh Khanna, Suguna, Meena - were on their way to Salem to attend a funeral. Prasanth from Vadapalani drove the car. A severely injured woman has been admitted to a hospital, say reports.
