Students of Rajah Muthiah Medical College have reportedly been protesting for the 26th day asking the government to undertake and run the college. They have alleged that college administration charges high fees despite the fees fixed by the State government. While the government fixed Rs 13,600 for MBBS, the college charges Rs 5.54 lakhs, the students alleged. The students on Sunday reportedly began to observe fast.
