According to reports, 18 class XII students at different schools from Trichy were caught cheating in the language first and second papers held on March 1 and 2. All the 18 students were immediately whisked away from the exam halls. Reports say, if the allegations against the students are proved, they could get barred from writing exams for the next two to four years.
