According to reports, ‘Pulsar Babu’, who robs people of their money and properties was arrested by police after he was found hiding in Andhra Pradesh. Babu, a resident of Kasimedu is a physically challenged person. Reportedly, he would ask bikers for ‘lift’ and would rob then at knifepoint after getting on their vehicles. He has been lodged in Puzhal jail.
