“What’s the point in Swachh Bharat when foreign countries are dumping garbage in our sea?”: Seeman

Behindwoods' 'Made In Chennai' campaign was launched to bring awareness to the public for a cleaner city and rivers in Chennai. A series of events was organized in the past 2 months as part of the campaign and it was concluded recently with a conclave.

The conclave was addressed by Naam Tamilar party chief Seeman. He said, “It’s a very good initiative that Behindwoods has taken. You people are doing what the government has to. The government is saying a lot of things like ‘Swachh Bharat’. But what is the point in doing all that when foreign countries are dumping their garbage in our coastal boundary?”
