Speaking at an event earlier this week in Chennai, actor Rajinikanth had asked students not to enter politics. Reacting to the actor’s remark, Naam Tamilar Katchi chief coordinator Seeman has questioned, “If not students, who else will do politics then?” Stating that politics is a part of everyone’s life, Seeman lashed out, “He (Rajinikanth) asks students not to enter politics. Will he tell them not to watch his movies if students are only supposed to study? Can he say that?” NTK chief also said that Rajinikanth is doing opportunistic politics as AIADMK's Jayalalithaa is no more and DMK supremo Karunanidhi is not active.
