S VE SHEKHER ABSCONDING AFTER POLICE FILE CASE AGAINST HIM: REPORTS

Actor and BJP politician S Ve Shekher has gone into hiding after police filed a case against him following a derogatory post against women journalists by him on Facebook, suggest Sun news reports.

Police have reportedly booked Shekher under four sections of Indian Penal Code based on a complaint filed by Tamil Nadu Journalist Protection Welfare Association. Meanwhile, the politician had earlier apologised for the post and said that he shared a friend’s post without reading.
