According to reports, rowdies involved in a roadside robbery near Perambur Murasolimaran park threatened the police who were passing by them with knives. Following this, police from nearby ICF and Ayanavaram police stations reportedly rushed to the spot, but the rowdies managed to escape. Based on investigations, the accused have been identified as Appu and Mano from ICF region, who are reportedly under investigation.
