Nine rounds of vote counting for the RK Nagar bypoll has been completed so far. TTV Dhinakaran has received 44,094 votes, while his main rival AIADMK’s Madhusudhanan is at the second position with 22,013 votes, which is 22,081 votes less than the former. DMK candidate Marudhu Ganesh continues to remain at the third place with 10,233 votes, while Naam Tamilar party’s Kalaikottuthayam has garnered 1,933 votes. BJP candidate Karu Nagarajan has won 571 votes.
