PMK youth wing chief Anbumani Ramadoss has reportedly said that no change is possible in RK Nagar irrespective of who is contesting in the bypoll. “Not just Vishal, no one can bring change to RK Nagar,” he said, adding that the people in the constituency have earned Rs 2 lakhs through bribery over two years. He further said that the people in the constituency only want money, not change.
