N Marudhu Ganesh, DMK’s candidate for the RK Nagar byelection has reportedly moved the Madras High Court seeking the removal of 5,117 alleged fake voters from the electoral rolls. He requested the High Court to direct the Election Commission to do the same. The Court has said that this issue will be taken up for hearing on Thursday if a proper petition is filed in the registry.
