Actor Vishal has welcomed the Election Commission’s decision to replace the Returning Officer for RK Nagar Velusamy with Praveen Nair. Vishal, in his tweet, called the EC’s act ‘the First victory for the movement towards recovering Democracy.’ Expressing hope that the people of RK Nagar will go through a fair election, Vishal thanked the Election Commission.
