GOOD NEWS: HEAVY RAINS EXPECTED IN TAMIL NADU FROM TOMORROW

Chennai welcomed a series of rains and clouds for the past few days after months of the hot sun. Chennaites on Wednesday witnessed some intense dark clouds and heavy rains in Chepauk, OMR, Guindy, Saidapet and Nungambakkam.

Reportedly, very shortly after the rains, #ChennaiRains started trending on a national level in Twitter. However, according to weather reports, rains are not going to pick up in Chennai as of now.

Reportedly, heavy rains are to be expected from Thursday for 10 days in the western and southern parts of Tamil Nadu. Due to heat waves, there are possibilities of rain in some parts of northern TN. However, rains will be in minimal in Chennai for now.
