The Railway board has reportedly decided to give closed user group (CUG) mobile connection to Travelling Ticket Examiners (TTE). This will allow passengers to contact TTEs over the phone in case of emergencies such as security-related issues, first aid for sick passengers and to remain vigilant to child trafficking in trains.
