The Medical Council of India has reportedly directed four medical universities of Puducherry to cancel admissions of 778 MBBS students. Allegedly, the students were given admission illegally after the last date of admission, and also the Centralized Admission Committee did not approve the students. According to media reports, the universities admitted students without NEET based merit list.
