An accident involving the death of a three-month old pregnant woman Usha has sparked outrage in Trichy. According to reports, Usha and her husband Raja were travelling in a two-wheeler, when they were intercepted by a traffic cop Kamaraj on Wednesday. Enraged that the duo didn't stop, Kamaraj chased them and kicked their vehicle. In the impact, Usha fell down and was rushed to a hospital, where she later breathed her last. Kamaraj was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Following the incident, protests broke out in Trichy.
