Police commissioner on RK Nagar bypoll

Chennai city police commissioner AK Viswanathan said that, as opposed to the usual, a large posse of policemen have been posted at each polling booth for extra security. Polling in the high profile RK Nagar constituency began today morning at 8 and will end at 5 in the evening. Results are to be announced on December 24.
