A petition has reportedly been registered in the Madras High Court seeking a ban on the controversial film ‘Mersal’. Aswathaman, the advocate who filed the plea, has reportedly said that the film has wrongly portrayed the Digital India scheme and GST. The certification by the censor board for the film should be revoked, the advocate reportedly said.
