According to reports, government officials were seen watching WhatsApp videos and playing games on cellphones when health officials were explaining about Dengue control measures at an event in Dindigul. Notably, the incident, which has stirred up controversy, took place at a meeting which was attended by Tamil Nadu forests minister Dindigul Sreenivasan.
