Nithyanandha was given a restraining order by the Madras High Court on Monday from entering the Madurai Mutt and any other temples that come under it. The order came after M Jagathalapradhapan of Madurai moved a plea asking for action to be taken against Nithyananda to protect the Mutt. Allegedly, after the court's verdict, Nithyananda wrote a statement apologizing for his behaviour.
