According to reports, a new-born goat in Pannaipatti village near Oddanchatram of Dindigul district has its eyes on its forehead. The goat with two partially fused eyeballs has drawn the attention of the local people as they watch it surprisingly, say reports. The goat, which belongs to a woman named Pechiyammal, may suffer from a disorder called Cyclopia.
